OUR SOLID TIMBER CORE DOOR IS HERE

We’re excited to finally be able to share all the details, including the name, of our latest innovation, BRiTDOR. Developed and manufactured at our new facility in Thorne, this range of solid timber core doors is the perfect addition to the DoorCo family.
 
BRiTDOR offers more options than all other timber core doors on the market with a variety of slab designs and colours available. The first product to be created in our new factory, BRiTDOR will be available for distribution customers or can be prepped at our Macclesfield facility. 

BRiTDOR will be available in 10 blank styles, including sidelights. All of our popular styles are included, plus the new and exclusive Enzo and Glenman slabs. The standard slab size is 914 x 2095mm and can be prepped to any profile, lock and hardware specifications.

Our brand-new Enzo slab is one of the shining stars in the BRiTDOR range. An exclusive design for our solid core range, this newly innovated blank features a smooth Links-style texture with pre-etched edge to edge lines for an ultra-modern, aluminium look. 

Enzo will be available as a solid or can be prepped with Augusta or Augusta Long apertures, suitable for pairing with our Flat Stipple FLiP cassettes. 

BRiTDOR is a solid timber core available in 44mm and 48mm thicknesses. The core is finished with ThermoPlastic skins, available in a range of popular colours and stained finishes. 

44mm cores can be glazed with our usual glass range in Macclesfield. The 48mm core will not be available for glazing at DoorCo but can be glazed by purchasing 30mm glass units. 

As the Thermoplastic skins are pre-coloured, painting will not be available on the BRiTDOR range, however, we have ensured our range features the most popular foil colours on the market, plus some new choices. 

We also have some special shades, Concrete and Alpine, in our Enzo & Flush styles. Details of this are viewable on the ordering portal.

Our range of three FLiP cassette profiles will be available as per their usual availability within the BRiTDOR range. 

Our Standard, Flat Grained and Flat Stipple finish cassettes provide a variety of aesthetics and their availability is designed to perfectly compliment the prepped styles they fit into. 

All cassettes will initially be painted to colour match the blank with a range of pre foil matched coloured cassettes to be launched in the coming weeks.

Foil colour swatch booklets will be available in the near future and our BM Touch door designer will be updated with the BRiTDOR designs over the coming weeks.
