We're proud to support the next generation in discovering the right career path for them. We're able to offer a range of work placements throughout the year in departments across the business including HR, Marketing, Technology and Finance.

For those aged over 18 and interested in a career in manufacturing, we're also able to offer work experience in our factory.

Summer Placements

For those aged 16 and above, the summer holidays is the perfect time to get your teeth sunk in to a new challenge. We've been joined by some fantastic individuals over the 6-week holidays across various areas of the business and have been able to offer valuable insight into the working world which has supported them in making decisions in the next stages of their education.

Apprenticeships

One of the most exciting ways we're able to support people in the start of their careers is with our apprenticeships. Whether you're looking to start an office-based career such as Technology, Finance or Marketing, or you're keen to try something more hands on such as manufacturing or distribution, we're able to facilitate a range of apprenticeships with varying training providers.

DoorCo is an independently owned, family-run business with Directors, Dan & Jayne Sullivan at the helm. The business is guided by the recently-formed, highly-experienced Senior Management Team with the support of our fast-growing Management Team and of course, with the feedback of all those in the business at the forefront.

We're the UK's leading innovators of door components including composite door slabs and door glazing cassette systems. We distribute and manufacture our products for over 200 trade customers across the UK and Ireland with working relationships lasting over 10 years.
